Any user with active CRM deals being scored counts as a rep seat. Managers and CROs who only view the dashboard without active deals do not count toward your seat total.
Yes. Minimum 10 rep seats on any plan. You can start with a pilot group and expand when you're ready. There's no cost to add seats mid-month — you're billed pro-rated for the remainder.
Read-only OAuth to Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft. We read communication metadata — email timestamps, thread participant counts, calendar event metadata — and CRM deal stage history. We never read email body content.
