A valuation is a completed Valuevynt output for a single parcel. Re-running an updated valuation on the same parcel counts as a new valuation. Batch portfolio revaluations in Portfolio tier count as one valuation per parcel processed.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact us to discuss tier changes.
